Online shopping with cash - how it works
If you do not want to provide your bank details when shopping online, you can also pay in cash. This is possible with the "cash payment" service. We show how it works.
Here's how it works: Shop online - pay in cash
- For online shops such as Hitmeister, Elektrodeal24 or the upjers gaming portal, select the "cash payments" payment method.
- You will then receive a payment slip that you can print out or have sent to your cell phone via SMS.
- You can then pay for your order at the Real and dm cash registers. To do this, you need either the payment slip with the barcode or the SMS from your mobile phone.
- Immediately afterwards, the dealer sends your order to the shipping department.
In exchange: money back
As with all online orders, you also have a 14-day right of return with "cash payments":
- As with other online orders, send the goods back to the mail order business on time.
- After receiving the goods, you will receive a payment slip by email or on your mobile phone, with which you can get your money back in retail (Real and dm).
"Barzahlen" is currently only available in a few shops. You can read here how secure the online pay service "Paypal" really is.
