OpenOffice Writer: Create mind map
A mind map is also quickly created in the OpenOffice Writer. You only need to insert the appropriate objects and lines.
- Open a new document and look for "Show drawing functions" in the top menu bar. Click on it.
- Now a bar appears at the bottom with which you can insert different shapes into the document. For example, select the rectangle and place it in the document.
- You can write inside the rectangle and also change the color. To do this, right-click in the rectangle and then select "Area".
- Use the drawing function to add other elements such as arrows, lines, speech bubbles or circles.
- This is how you gradually build a mind map.
- Note: We recommend that you use landscape format for a mind map. This gives your ideas more space.
