OpenOffice: create a timetable - so it'll work
With the Writer from OpenOffice you can create a timetable. In this article we will show you a simple design template.
OpenOffice: create a timetable
With the free office software "OpenOffice" you can create tables similar to Microsoft Office.
- Open the program part OpenOffice Writer. The landscape format is best suited for the timetable. For a better overview, you can give the sheet a heading (for example "Timetable") and your name.
- Now insert a table. To do this, go to "Table" -> "Insert" -> "Table ..." in the menu bar. Alternatively, you can also press [Ctrl] + [F12]. Now you have to choose the number of rows and columns. In addition to the five days of the week (columns), you also need information about hours and times, i.e. a total of 7 columns. The number of lines depends on your daily routine.
- On the Calendarpedia page you will find numerous templates, including timetables. The Word documents are compatible with OpenOffice.
