Origin: Forgot Security Question - What To Do?
If you forget the Origin security question, you must contact EA Customer Service. We'll show you how it's done.
Origin: Forgot security question
- Open the EA help website and enter "Origin" as the product.
- Click on "Next" at the bottom right and select your platform. Then confirm again with "Next".
- Select "Account Security" as the topic and write briefly as text that you have forgotten your security question (see picture).
- If you are not logged in yet, you must do so now. Your request will then be sent to EA.
- Customer service usually reports after a few hours to days. You will then be asked to confirm your identity so that you can change your security question.
- Note: If you do not want to wait long to solve your problem, you can contact customer service directly at 0221 37050193. You only pay your usual landline fee for the call.
