OS X Mavericks: Set the same font for all messages
In this practical tip, we explain how to set the same font for all messages under OS X Mavericks.
Set the same font for all messages in OS X Mavericks
By default, senders and recipients receive different fonts in MacOS X. You can prevent this with a few clicks:
- Open the "Messages" app on your Mac.
- Then click on "Messages" and select the entry "Settings".
- Switch to the "Presentation" tab.
- With "Sender Fonts" select your preferred font instead of "Automatic". With "Others" you have an even larger font selection.
