Otelo: Top up your credit - how it works

When your Otelo prepaid card runs out of credit, you can top up your SIM card in several ways. We present all possibilities to you.

Top up credit at Otelo - this is how you proceed

• You can find Otelo prepaid cards as well as Vodafone CallNow prepaid cards in the supermarket, at the petrol stations or other sales outlets. Alternatively, you can find the prepaid cards online in the Otelo shop.
• Then call 0172-12430 from your mobile phone and enter the code on the prepaid card using the keypad. The credit goes straight to your prepaid card.
• If you leave your account details online with Mein Otelo, you can also debit your account with a top-up in the desired amount. Automatic charging can also be set up here.
