Outlast 2: release and system requirements
Not much is known about the horror game Outlast 2, but the release and system requirements have already been published. We'll show you what you need to know to continue Outlast.
Outlast 2: when is the release?
- In autumn 2015 Outlast 2 was announced by the development studio "Red Barrels Games", and a first trailer was also released. The release was planned for autumn 2016. The final date is now set for April 25, 2017.
- In the second part of the horror game, it doesn't go back to the Mount Massive Asylum mental hospital. This time you will encounter the dark creatures in a mine, among other things.
- You can currently take a look at Outlast 2. You can already download a demo from Steam or the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 stores. The demo already promises numerous new horror and shock moments.
Outlast 2 system requirements
The minimum system requirements relate to a resolution of 720p at 30 fps. The recommended system requirements of Outlast 2 aim for a resolution of 1080p at 60 fps.
- Minimum system requirements: Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10 (64-bit), an Intel Core i3-530, 4 GB RAM, an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 260 or ATI Radeon HD 4870 with 1GB VRAM, DirectX 10 and 30 GB free space.
- Recommended system requirements: Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10, an Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM, an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 660 or ATI Radeon HD 7850 with 1.5GB VRAM, DirectX 11 and 30 GB free space.
