In Outlook you can decorate emails with stationery and personalize each email.
Stationery for mails in Outlook
In "Microsoft Outlook" you decorate your outgoing e-mails with a stationery that contains new design elements and color schemes. There is a large selection of free stationery in Outlook. At the same time, you can also design and use your own stationery motifs. For example, you can insert a company logo or adjust the motifs depending on the content.
Outlook: Use existing stationery
- Open Outlook and click on the "Actions"> "New e-mail message with"> "More stationery" tab.
- Now select "Select design" and look for any stationery. Once you have found a suitable stationery, confirm your selection with "OK".
- Finally, compose your email as usual and send it when you are satisfied with the new stationery design.
Outlook: Create and use your own stationery
- Open Outlook and create a new email, which you can now use as a stationery template.
- Customize the message with fonts, bullets, horizontal colors, background images, and other design elements to your liking.
- Then click the "File"> "Save As" tab with the left mouse button.
- First enter the path "% appdata% \ microsoft \ stationery" in the address bar of the "Save as" dialog box and confirm with the Enter key. The "Stationery" folder is now opened.
- Now enter a suitable name for the stationery you have created in the "File name" field and click on "HTML" in the Save as type list.
- Then save all the information for your own stationery.
- From the File> Options> Email tab, choose Stationery and Fonts, and go to Design on the Personal Stationery tab.
- In a final step, call up "Select design", look for the design you have created and click "OK".
- Send the email as soon as you have written a message.
In addition to numerous stationery, you can provide your email with an individual signature. In Outlook you have the option of using multiple email signatures.
