Outlook: Hide read emails
To keep your Outlook mailbox tidier, you can hide all the emails you have read. The corresponding setting option for this is hidden, but can still be found quickly if you follow this practical tip.
With this option you hide read mails in Outlook
- First open Microsoft Outlook.
- Go to "View"> "View Settings" at the top of the menu bar. Now a new window will open.
- Select "Filter ..."> "More options" and check the top line "Only such elements:".
- The selection field behind it must now read "Unread" so that only the unread emails appear in the mailbox and all read emails are hidden.
- If everything is correct, confirm twice with "OK" and the setting is accepted.
