Outlook: Export mail addresses from the inbox
- Open Outlook and click the "File" button in the top left.
- There, select the "Import / Export" option under the "Open and export" menu item.
- In the next window, select the "Export to file" option and click "Next".
- Decide here for "Separated values" and click again on "Next".
- Now select the "Contacts" folder and determine the storage location for the file in the next step.
- With the button "Assign user-defined fields" you can exclude individual information about the contacts from the export.
- If you click "Finish", the file will be created in the selected path. You can now either open it with Excel or import it into another mail program.
