Outlook: Use multiple email signatures

If you use Outlook for private and business purposes, you often have to use multiple email signatures. We'll show you how.
Variant 1: Frequently use an email signature in Outlook
- If you mainly use a signature in your emails, you can simply save it as a standard signature in Outlook. We show you how this works in this practical tip.
- The second, less frequently used signature can simply be inserted as an autotext module if required. You can read how this works in the second paragraph.
Variant 2: Both email signatures are often used in Outlook
If you use both signatures relatively often, you should not set up a standard signature, but always insert the respective signature as an autotext module:
- Open a new and empty email and type in your signature as you want it to appear in the emails later.
- Select the text and press the [Alt] and [F3] keys simultaneously. Then a small window opens.
- Now enter a "code word" in the top line. If you type this into an email, the entire text module is automatically inserted. For example, use "Signature1" and "Signature2".
- If you confirm with "OK", the text block is saved. You can now repeat this with all other signatures.
- If you now enter the "code word" in your mail, the signature will be suggested for insertion. Then just press the Enter key.
