Merge multiple calendars in Outlook
If you want to combine several calendars in Outlook, simply repeat the steps described for each individual Office calendar.
- Go to the first of the calendars in Outlook that you want to merge with others.
- Open the "View" menu and click on "Current View".
- If you want to transfer all appointments - including past ones - click on "All appointments" in the view. If you only want to take current appointments with you that are still pending, click on "Current appointments".
- Use the key combination [CTRL] + [A] to mark all the appointments displayed. Then use [CTRL] + [C] to copy them to the clipboard.
- Now switch to the second calendar. Navigate to "View -> Current view -> All appointments". Use [CTRL] + [V] to insert the dates from the other calendar and save them.
