Outlook signature: location - you can find it here
If you want to back up your signature from Outlook externally or transfer it to another computer, you must first find the location. We'll show you where to find the file.
Open the location of the Outlook signatures
- Press the [Windows] and [R] keys simultaneously so that the "Execute" command opens.
- Enter "% APPDATA% \ Microsoft \ Signatures" here without the quotes.
- If you click the "OK" button, the folder with the Outlook signatures opens.
- A signature usually consists of three files and a folder. Just copy all the data with the same name.
- If there are several signatures in the folder, it is best to open one of the TXT files. There you will find the pure text of the signature.
- Note: If you paste the signature into the same folder on another computer, you can use it there in Outlook. Exit Outlook beforehand to avoid problems.
