- Open Outlook and click on "File" in the upper left corner of the window.
- Select the "Save Calendar" option. Then a small window opens.
- First select the desired storage location for the calendar file and define a suitable name.
- Now click on the "More Options" button to set the specific dates.
- In the "Date range" category you can select all appointments that are due today, tomorrow or in the next 7 or 30 days. Alternatively, you can export the entire calendar or only the appointments within a certain period.
- Under the "Details" category you can now decide which information is to be exported. Use the exported calendar yourself and select the "All details" option - otherwise you can limit the information.
- With the "OK" and "Save" button, the calendar file is created at the desired location.
Outlook: import appointments
- Open Outlook and click on "File" in the upper left corner of the window.
- Select the "Import / Export" menu item there. You may have to select the "Open and Export" category beforehand.
- A small window now opens. Select the option "Import iCalendar (ICS) or vCalendar file (VCS)" and click "Next".
- Then search for the calendar file and click on the "Open" button.
