If you create email templates in Outlook, you can send messages even faster. In this practical tip, we will show you how to do this.

- Start composing a new message as usual.
- When you're done, click File> Save As.
- Under "File type" select "Outlook template" from the list and enter a name for the template.
- The template is then saved by clicking on "Save".
Open a template in Outlook - this is how you do it
- On the Home tab, click New Items and choose More Items> Choose Form.
- Here are some Microsoft templates to choose from. Change the setting in the "Look in" combo box to "Templates in the file system".
- Here you will find the OFT files you have created and you can "Open" them.
- You can now customize the template before you send the message as usual.
