Outlook: Set up a second time zone
For example, if you often have appointments in a city abroad, you can set up a second time zone in Outlook. We'll show you how it's done.
Add a second time zone in Outlook
The second time zone is only shown in the form of an additional timeline in the calendar view. Times and dates remain unaffected.
- Start Outlook, click on "Tools" in the menu bar at the top and open the "Options".
- Under the "Settings" tab, you will find the "Calendar options" button pretty high up.
- Click on the "Time zone" button at the bottom right.
- Activate the checkmark in front of the item "Show an additional time zone".
- Enter a name for the time zone and select the appropriate one from the list.
- If you then click the "OK" button, it will be added.
