Overwatch: get beta key - how it works
Overwatch was introduced at Blizzcon a year ago, now the closed beta phase is starting. In this article, we will tell you how to get one of the beta keys.
Update: Second beta phase for Overwatch
- On February 9, Overwatch’s beta will enter its second round. Many improvements and additions have been made since the last test.
- Among other things, the progress system was revised, two new cards inserted and a new game mode developed. More information will follow.
- If you already took part in the beta on October 27, you are sure to be there now. However, new users are also allowed. Instructions for registration can be found below.
Get beta key for Overwatch: It starts on October 27th
- You can currently apply for the Overwatch beta. All it takes is one click. The respective accounts will then be activated at the start.
- The Overwatch beta will kick off on October 27th, both in the US and in Europe. However, an exact time is not known.
- Of course, there is no guarantee of access to the beta. The places will be raffled regardless of the registration date.
- Blizzard may be giving away some keys again. They are usually distributed to fan sites or gaming magazines and raffled off by employees there.
Overwatch: Register for the beta here
- Open the Overwatch Beta website and log into your Battle.net account.
- You can register for the beta using the "Register" button. But be careful: this is not a guarantee of later participation.
- When the beta starts on October 27th, Battle.net will notify you by email.
