Install and set up Owncloud - how it works

Install and set up Owncloud - this is how you proceed
- Log in to your server using SSH and then issue the command "sudo wget -q -O / etc / nginx / sites-enabled / default -" //eigene-cloud-einrichten.de/getNginxConfig?software=owncloud&host= IHRHOST.DYNDNS.DE ". Change" IHRHOST.DYNDNS.DE "with your address.
- This command downloads and installs the required packages for the web server. Enter the "sudo service nginx restart" command after the first step is complete.
- Download the latest server version from this page and unzip the archive on your PC.

- Open your website in your web browser. If the setup does not open automatically, enter "/index.php" at the end of your address.
- Here you can see the Owncloud setup page. On the top page you can create an administrator account. First click on "Advanced" and make sure that all data is correct.
- You also have to enter your database data under "MySQL". The installation is ended by clicking on "Complete installation".
