- If the DHL Packstation is defective, a call to the customer hotline will help.
- Customer service on the subject of parcels can be reached daily, also on public holidays, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on 0228/4333112.
- Another option for contacting you is offered in the Facebook chat. The team is available from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- You can of course also contact DHL in writing using the contact form. However, the processing time here is usually longer than with a call.
- If there is a software error, the employee can often have the program restarted and the station will soon be ready for use again.
- However, if hardware needs to be replaced, this can take a few days. You will then normally be informed by SMS as soon as you can pick up your package.
