Packstation hotline: How to contact customer service
If you have a question about the DHL packing stations or a problem with the service, you can contact the customer service at any time by hotline or in writing. We'll show you the options.
Customer service of the DHL Packstation: hotline, mail, Facebook
- You can reach the general customer service for letters and parcels daily between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on 0228 4333112. All questions about the Packstation at the fixed network tariff will be answered here.
- Alternatively, you can also contact DHL in writing. However, this is only possible for selected topics. Select your request on the following DHL website and use the contact form if possible.
- On the DHL Paket Facebook page you will find the "DHL Chat" above. Here you can have your questions answered live during the day. The FAQ section of DHL also answers the most common questions.
