Paint.NET: change eye color - how it works
In this practical tip, we will show you how you can change a person's eye color with Paint.NET.
Change eye color with Paint.NET
- Open your photo with Paint.NET.
- Select the lasso tool and roughly mark one of the eyes. Now hold down Ctrl and mark the second eye as well.
- Click on "Edit" and "Copy" and paste it into a new layer via "Edit".
- Press F7 to display the layer selection. Remove the check at the lower level. They remain with the eyes cut out. Select this level.
- Take the eraser and remove the excess edges so that only the pupil remains.
- Now select the "Hue / Saturation" option under "Corrections".
- Determine the new hue with the upper slider and the saturation with the second slider.
- Show the lower level in the level selection (F7) and bring the two levels down together.
- Now you can save your picture with changed eye color.
