Make image areas in Paint.NET mess
Sometimes it is necessary to obscure certain areas in a picture, such as email addresses or cell phone numbers. Here's how to do it in Paint.NET:
- First mark the area in your image that you want to make unrecognizable. To do this, use the first tool in the toolbox.
- Then click "Effects"> "Blur and Blur" at the top of the menu bar and select "Motion blur" here, for example.
- In the following window you can determine the amount of blurring using a slider.
- Finally, click OK".
