Smooth edges in Paint.net - Here's how
- Open Paint.net and the respective image file.
- Take a selection tool of your choice (magic wand, lasso or different shapes) and use this tool to select the corresponding image area.
- Now click on the "Smooth edges symbol" (see picture) below the menu bar and select "Smooth selected edges". Now you can cut or copy the image area and Paint.net automatically smoothes the edges.
- Now you can paste the selected area into another image.
