Paint: edit text fields
With Paint you can not only paint, but also insert and edit text fields. We show you how to do this in this quick guide.
Paint: edit text fields
- To insert a text field, click on the button with the "A" at the top of the menu bar under the "Tools" category. You can then drag a text box across the image area.
- Write your text here and mark it with the mouse. In the menu bar you can change the font and font size, as well as format the text in bold, italic, underlined or strikethrough. A color can also be selected.
- With the button "Transparent" or "Opaque" you decide whether the text field should represent a white block or whether the font simply lies over the image.
- When you have finished editing, simply click on an area outside the text field with the mouse. Note: As soon as you have finished editing, you can no longer adjust it. In the event of an error, you can only remove the entire text field.
