PayPal: Goods not received - so proceed
If you have paid for your order in the online shop via PayPal and then did not receive the goods, you are not alone with the problem. PayPal has a special buyer protection, which stands in such cases.
PayPal Buyer Protection
Shopping online is fun and convenient. However, the Internet also carries numerous risks. For example, if you are in a well-made fake shop, your order will never reach you and the money is gone too.
- If you paid with PayPal, you can take advantage of buyer protection.
- This protection comes into force if you never receive the prepaid goods or if the wrong item has been delivered to you.
- However, before PayPal takes action, you must contact the seller using your PayPal account within the next 180 days and try to find a solution.
- If the online shop does not respond or you cannot solve the problem satisfactorily, contact PayPal immediately. You have another 20 days to do this.
- PayPal will review the process and refund you the sales price, including shipping costs, if your claims are justified.
