When the computer is causing problems, many people are looking for competent PC help. One provider is Anytech365, which specializes in solving PC problems remotely. How the service works:
- If you have a problem with your computer and cannot solve it yourself, call the German hotline of Anytech365 on telephone number +49 69 299 10 234 (normal landline tariff).
- The customer service representative then carries out a free "health check". This includes, for example, scanning, fixing and classifying incorrect registration entries. Small problems and obvious mistakes can be solved in this way.
- For more complicated problems that require a more detailed diagnosis and thorough cleanup, a paid support subscription is required (see below). You will then be directed to a technician.
- If you have a support subscription, an IT expert remotely repairs your computer, cleans it of all unwanted programs and files, and gives tips on how you can better protect yourself and get your computer up and running again.

AnyTech365: PC Help Cost
AnyTech365 offers a free check and error correction. The first contact via telephone number +49 69 299 10 234 (normal landline tariff) is always free of charge. You only need a support plan if the problem is more complicated and a technician needs to be consulted. It is valid for at least 6 months and (depending on the subscription) offers you the help of a technician at least 2 hours a month. There are three different subscriptions that you can take out for 6, 12, 24 or 36 months. The 36-month subscription is the cheapest for the month. Overview of prices and services:
- Premium : Support 2 hours a month, Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., including security software, call back on the same day, from 11.65 euros / month.
- Premium Plus : Support 5 hours a month, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., including security software, call back within 3 hours, subscription can be transferred to another PC, soda ware installation and deinstallation service, annual upgrades and PC maintenance checks, from 14. 98 euros / month.
- Platinum : unlimited support, 365 days a year between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., including security software, call back immediately, subscription can be transferred to another PC, soda ware installation and deinstallation service, quarterly upgrades and PC maintenance checks, personal IT contact person 18.32 euros / month.
Which PC problems does AnyTech365 help with?
The AnyTech365 IT experts help with all kinds of questions. To solve the problem, they have to access the computer remotely. This requires a functional internet connection. It becomes difficult when there are problems with the Internet, for example when the PC does not connect to the WLAN. In this case, you should try whether the computer can be connected to the router with a cable.
- AnyTech365 offers help for devices with Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS.
- Tasks include removing viruses and other malware.
- Other areas of focus include restoring data, installing and setting up software, and solving problems with Windows updates.
- But the IT experts can also help you with all other problems. Only a technician does not come to your home, for example to assemble a computer. The service takes place exclusively online via remote maintenance and on the phone.
