Convert PDF to DXF - so it'll work
If you want to export CAD drawings from PDF files, you can convert the PDF into a DXF file. We show you step by step how the conversion works.
Convert PDF files to DXF
- There is currently no software that can convert PDF to DXF for free.
- However, the three programs PdfGrabber, Aide PDF to DXF Converter and PDF to DXF 3.0 can be tested free of charge.
- In the next paragraph you will find instructions on how to convert to the related DWG format.
Convert PDF to DWG online
If you can also cope with the DXF-like DWG format, the conversion can be done free of charge. In the following instructions we use the CadSoftTools website.
- Open the CadSoftTools website and click on the "Select file" button.
- Now enter your email address and click on the blue "Convert" button.
- The PDF file is now uploaded and converted to DXF format.
- You will then receive the download link by email. You will then not receive any advertising from CadSoftTools.
