You can fill out and send a PDF form with many programs. We show you how to proceed so that your entries are also sent.

If you call up the PDF form on a website, you must first save it. You will usually find a download button on the edge of the document. Alternatively, you can save the PDF via "File"> "Save page as".
- Then open the PDF form with the free Adobe Reader.
- All fields that you can edit are automatically selected. Click from field to field and fill in all details.
- Then you have to choose "File"> "Save as" and enter a new file name for the completed form.
- You can now send your document with "File"> "Send file via email". However, this requires that you have set up a standard email program such as Outlook or Thunderbird.
- Alternatively, open your email inbox and compose a new email. As an attachment you can now add the completed form from your files.
