Insert PDF in OpenOffice document
You can insert PDF documents into the OpenOffice text program at any time. However, you must first install an extension to use this feature.
IOpenOffice: Install extension for PDF import
First you have to download the "PDF Import" extension for OpenOffice from the following website. Make sure that the OpenOffice version is correct.
- Then start OpenOffice.
- Click on "Tools" in the menu bar.
- Then press "Extension Manager ...".
- Next click on "Add ..." and select the downloaded extension file.
- Now the extension is installed.
- Then restart OpenOffice.
Insert PDF in OpenOffice
After installing the "PDF Import" extension, you can now insert any PDF documents in OpenOffice.
- To do this, start OpenOffice as usual.
- Click on "File" in the menu bar and then on "Open ...".
- Now select the desired PDF document.
