Convert PDF to TIFF - Here's how
With the right software, PDF files can be converted into image formats. We will show you how to convert a PDF to TIFF format and which program you need.
Convert PDF document to TIFF image
If you would like to convert a PDF into a TIFF format, the "Universal Document Converter" will help you.
- Download the "Universal Document Converter" program to your computer. You can also use the program in full as a demo version, however, the images will then be watermarked.
- Start the program and open the PDF document that you want to convert.
- Then click on "File"> "Print".
- Select the "Universal Document Converter" as printer and then click on "Properties".
- In the following window, select "File Format" on the left and finally "TIFF Image" on the right.
- Confirmation with "OK" will take you back to the print window. If you now press "Print", the PDF document will be converted into a TIFF file.
Alternatively: convert PDF to TIFF file using Adobe Photoshop
If you have Adobe Photoshop, you can also use it to convert your PDF into a TIFF file:
- Open your PDF document in Adobe Photoshop.
- Then click on "File"> "Save As" in the top menu bar.
- Leave the settings in the dialog window of the save options and confirm with "OK".
