Convert PDFs to ZIP files
You can easily convert a PDF into a ZIP file using Windows standard tools. We'll show you how it's done.
Pack PDF files in a ZIP archive
The instructions work with all files - whether PDF, Word document or Excel spreadsheet:
- Select one or more PDF files and right-click on them.
- A context menu opens in which you move the mouse to the "Send to" item.
- Another small menu opens, in which you click on "ZIP-compressed folder".
- The file (s) are now packed into a ZIP file. It is then in the same folder as the original file.
- The ZIP file can be opened with a double click. Here you can open the PDF file again by double-clicking it.
