- Mac OS X: On the Mac, you can use the key combination [CMD] + [F] or alternatively [CMD] + [Alt] + [Space] for searching. Then enter your search term in the field and confirm with [Enter].
- Word: In Microsoft Word there are some special shortcuts for searching: With [Ctrl] + [F] you start the normal search function. With [Alt] + [Ctrl] + [Y] repeat the last search and with [Ctrl] + [H] you can replace all found passages directly.
