Photoshop: copy layers
In Photoshop, you can copy layers from one image to another in just a few steps. We show how this works in this practical tip.
Copy layers in Photoshop
- Open the two images in Photoshop that you want to copy layers between.
- In the Layers panel, select the appropriate layer that you want to copy.
- Then use [Ctrl] + [A] to mark all objects on the level in order to copy them completely.
- Then copy the selected layer from the source image by pressing [Ctrl] + [C].
- Then insert the layer into the target image with the key combination [Ctrl] + [V].
