Pixel errors on Amazon Kindle - you can do that
The Amazon Kindle is prone to pixel errors. We explain how the errors come about and what you can do about them.
Amazon Kindle - that's where the pixel errors come from
- The LED lighting of the Amazon Kindle is evenly distributed over the screen using a conductor film.
- If this film is damaged, pixel errors will occur. This happens either during manufacture or as a result of a fall or impact.
Amazon Kindle - Fix Pixel Errors
- If it is actually a pixel error, the problem cannot be solved. You need to replace the Kindle.
- If the problem occurs immediately after purchase, you can assume a pixel error and exchange the device.
- If the error occurred recently, it can also be a display error. Reset the Kindle to factory settings and check if the error is resolved.
- If the pixel error cannot be remedied, you can assert your warranty claim if the warranty has not yet expired.
Replace defective Amazon Kindle
