Warming up pizza: this will make it crispy again
Pizza not only tastes warm, but also cold. The next day, however, the pizza often becomes flabby and is no longer a pleasure for every palate.
- To reheat the pizza, you can put the pizza in the microwave or in the oven. However, it will not be crispy there.
- It works much better with the pan. Simply place the pizza in a coated pan and set on medium heat. You do not need additional oil.
- After just 5 minutes, the pizza will be hot again and crunchy on the bottom. To speed up the process, you can put a small aluminum foil dome over the pizza. This builds up the heat, but the water vapor can escape.
In the next practical tip, we'll tell you why you should always order the largest pizza.
