Planetside 2 does not start - what to do

Planetside 2 doesn't start - you can do that
In order to start the game again, you should check the following points:
- In order for Planetside 2 to run on your PC, you must have the latest driver for your graphics card installed. To test this, you can start Windows Update or switch to the manufacturer's website.
- DirectX from Microsoft is also required for correct display. This can also be obtained from Windows Update.
- Make sure your PC meets the game system requirements listed below.
- Some antivirus programs or firewalls can block the execution of Planetside 2. Therefore, deactivate both tools as a test before starting the game.
- You can have the game files checked in Steam for errors. To do this, right-click on the Planetside 2 entry in Steam and select "Properties"> "Local Files"> "Check game files for errors".
- If you own the game without Steam, click the gear after launching the launcher. Then select "Check game files".
- If you still cannot start the game afterwards, you should try deleting the game's local files. To do this, you have to right-click the entry in Steam again and select "Delete local data". After that, you need to download and install the game again.

- CPU: At least one Core i5 or AMD Phenom II X4 (QuadCore processor).
- RAM: 6 GB RAM or more are required.
- Hard disk: In order for Planetside 2 to be fully loaded onto your PC, a hard disk with 20 GB free space is required.
- Graphics card: At least nVidia GeForce GTX 260 or Radeon HD 4850.
- Operating system: The game is available from Windows 7 (64bit).
