Pokémon GO: worldwide catch competition
The global catch competition begins on November 20, 2017 and ends on November 26 as part of the Pokémon GO Safari Zone event in Japan.
- It is an event where all players can collect valuable bonuses in the form of rare Pokémon, among other things.
- The catch competition takes place as part of the "Pokémon GO Travel" initiative. It is a video series in which selected Pokémon GO trainers travel to Japan to host the global catch competition.
- Well-known influencers in the group include IHasCupquake, Coisa de Nerd and Rachel Quirico, who also fight with the players for the goals during this period.
Catch competition: information about the rewards
- The goals in the event period are divided into three categories: bronze, silver and gold.
- If at least 500 million Pokémon are caught by all players, everyone receives double experience points and lock modules with a duration of six hours. In addition, more Pokémon are appearing around the world.
- The silver target is achieved with at least 1.5 billion pocket monsters caught. As a reward, in addition to double XP and lock modules, there are even more Pokémon that spawn everywhere and double star dust.
- The gold stage is done when at least 3 billion Pokémon have been caught around the world. Double XP, double star dust and lock modules count as rewards here.
- However, you also have the chance to catch porenta for 48 hours - a Pokémon that was previously not catchable in Europe.
- Kangama will also be available for trainers in East Asia for 48 hours.
