This practical CHIP tip tells you what to do if you don't get coins in the arena in Pokémon Go.
Pokémon Go: new system for coins
With the latest Pokémon Go update, Niantic has introduced a new system for coins, among other things. Unfortunately, this also creates some problems for players when it comes to collecting coins in the arena.
- The Pokémon placed in arenas could collect up to 100 coins a day. The upper limit has now been reduced by Niantic to only 50.
- In Pokémon Go, you can earn coins for free by placing Pokémon in the arenas. You should make sure to feed them regularly so that they can hold out well in the gyms.
- The Pokémon will return to you when their motivation has dropped to 0, and then deliver the coins you have collected.
- If you don't see your coins in your account, you should log out of Pokémon Go, restart your smartphone and log in again. The problem should then be resolved.
