In Pokémon GO raids, you'll fight wild Pokémon bosses with other players to catch them. However, the list of pocket monsters that can be caught is still very limited.
Raids in Pokémon GO: How to catch raid bosses
Since the arena update in June 2017, there have been hundreds of raids per day in various Pokémon arenas. Players from level 20 can take part in the spectacle.
- Large eggs appear above the respective arena two hours before the raid. At the end of the countdown, one of the Pokémon in the list below hatches.
- You now have an hour to attack and defeat this Pokémon with other players. If you succeed, you can catch the rare pocket monster.
- There are four levels of raid battles: While an advanced player can often defeat the raid bosses of the first two levels alone, in the fourth level raids a group of players must work together as effectively as possible. The level of the Pokémon can already be recognized by the color of the Boss ice cream: Level 1 and 2 pocket monsters are in pink and level 3 and 4 pocket monsters in yellow eggs.
- The raid bosses are rare Pokémon whose WP (competition points) are many times higher than normal. A despotar is around 25, 000 WP. However, the list of possible raid bosses is very limited:
Level 1: Weak raid bosses in Pokémon GO
- Safcon (1, 534 WP)
- Schillok (4, 503 WP)
- Glutexo (5, 085 WP)
- Bisaknosp (5, 238 WP)
