Pokémon GO: Solstice event - information and tips
Niantic has announced the Solstice event for Pokémon Go, which again has some bonuses for trainers. We'll give you all the information and tips about this event here.
Solstice event in Pokémon Go
- From September 22, 2017 at 10 p.m. to October 3, 2017 at 8 p.m., the Solstice event will take place in Pokémon Go.
- During this period you will get double the amount of stardust when catching Pokémon and hatching eggs.
- Visit Pokéstops to get special 2km eggs. Chaneira, Voltilamm or Larvitar hatch from these.
- These Pokémon have recently surfaced at the Safari Zone Event in Germany.
- In the game's shop, you can also buy special packages that include lucky eggs, lock modules and the super incubator. The Super Incubator is a new incubator, which we will discuss in more detail below.
- One of the main benefits during the event is the triple amount of experience points you get when you register a new Pokémon in the Pokédex.
- If you haven't caught Entei, Raikou or Suicune depending on the region, the event offers itself because of the many XP.
The super incubator in Pokémon Go
- With the new incubator, you hatch eggs at 1.5 times the speed.
- The super hatcher applies a 0.66 multiplier to all egg distances, giving you a distance of only 1.33 km for 2 km eggs, 3.33 km for 5 km eggs and 10- km-eggs only have to travel 6.66 km.
- If you want to buy super incubators as cheap as possible including other bonuses in the shop, we advise you to choose a special box for 480 coins.
- Compared to the other special boxes, you pay here (relatively speaking) the least per super incubator. If lucky eggs are not so important to you, you will receive three super incubators and five lock modules.
