As soon as you catch a new Pokemon, you get a lot of XP, which increases your level bar. However, if you catch the same Pokemon again, you won't get as many XP. You could quickly think that several of the same Pokemon are not important. But that's not true.
- If you want your Pokemon to be developed, you need both stardust and candy. You can get both when you collect Pokemon. It doesn't matter if you catch a new Pokemon or one you already own.
- The candies in particular are unique to each Pokemon, so you can only develop Pokemon if you have several of the same Pokemon. For this reason alone, it is worth collecting the same Pokemon.
Cleverly use double Pokemons in "Pokemon Go"
Double Pokemons can also be used wonderfully in arenas. That way, you still have a Pokemon left over and you don't have to go without it entirely.
- If you lose the fight with a double Pokemon, it is weakened and must first be healed. If you don't have any matching items at the moment, you can use the double Pokemon until you find a potion or the animator.
- If you really no longer need the Pokemon, you can also send it to free up the memory. Keep in mind that you won't be able to get it back.
