Pokemon GO: Pokéstop doesn't work - you can do that
With Pokemon GO it happens again and again that a Pokestop does not work and therefore no new Pokeballs, potions and Co. are available. We'll show you what's behind it.
Pokemon GO: Pokestop won't load
- Pokemon GO is still struggling with server problems weeks after the release. Interruptions and other connection problems are common.
- The Pokestops can sometimes not be rotated at all, or only rotate endlessly in a circle. This is usually due to the fact that there is currently no connection to the servers. The message "Try again later" appears.
- Leave the Pokestop again and wait until the loading symbol in the top left of the display has disappeared. Then try again.
Pokemon GO: Pokestop doesn't work
- To check the connection, you can briefly open the shop in the menu. When the shop is loaded, there is at least a connection to the Pokemon GO servers.
- If that doesn't help either, the cause may be the GPS signal. Move out of the radius of the Pokestop and then enter it again.
- If the Pokestop still doesn't want to throw off Pokeballs, only a restart helps. Close the app completely and restart Pokemon GO.
