Pokemon GO: when to develop? The best tips
In order to get ahead quickly in Pokémon GO, you should develop your Pokémon specifically. In this article, we reveal when the perfect time is for this.
Pokémon GO: when to develop rare Pokémon?
When developing Pokémon GO, you should differentiate between rare Pokémon and pocket monsters that appear on every corner. You should not develop Pokémon that do not appear as often and whose developments you do not yet have in the Pokédex.
- First of all you need the necessary number of candies of the respective Pokémon for a development. To get this as quickly as possible, you should send all double-caught Pokémon and only keep the one with the most WP.
- You can develop your strongest Pokémon as soon as you have all the candies together. This is only worthwhile if the semicircle above the Pokémon is closed as far as possible. It shows you how close your Pokémon is to the maximum values.
- It may therefore be worthwhile to wait until the development and look for an even stronger Pokémon. Also note that you can find even stronger pocket monsters at a higher trainer level. So if you are about to level up, you should delay development a bit.
Pokémon GO: when to develop weak Pokémon?
In principle, you should not develop weak Pokémon with little WP, but send them for the candies. However, an exception applies to the common Pokémon such as Taubsi, Hornliu and Zubat. If you have already collected their developments, you can use them to collect XP perfectly and increase your trainer level.
- Catch as many of these Pokémon as possible and send part of them to the professor. Then develop as many Pokémon of this type as possible.
- It is important that you develop each Pokémon only once. Here the candy costs are still relatively low. In return, you receive 500 XP per development. You can then send the developed Pokémon back and get another candy.
- Tip: Collect as many candies as possible from Rattzfratz, Taubsi and Co. for some time. Then activate a lucky egg and develop as many of these Pokémon as possible. You will then receive 1, 000 XP per development and can level up particularly quickly.
