If the Polar A360 no longer synchronizes with your iPhone or Android smartphone, this is usually due to a faulty connection. We'll show you how to solve the problem.
Polar A360 does not synchronize: restart devices
- The first thing you should do is restart your devices. Small errors in the buffer are deleted. In some cases the problem can already be solved.
- To do this, press and hold the button on the Polar A360 until the corresponding option appears. To do this, you must hold down the power button on your mobile phone for a few seconds.
Polar A360: Re-establish Bluetooth connection
- First open the "Settings" app on your smartphone. You can now delete the connection to the paired A360 in the "Bluetooth" category.
- Now uninstall the Flow app and restart your smartphone. Then download the app again from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
- Start the Flow app and log in with your account. You can then pair and synchronize the Polar A360 with the smartphone again using the button on the side.
