Customer support from the manufacturer Polar can be reached by phone, fax and email. You can also use the postal service for returns.
- Hotline: For general product or repair inquiries as well as complaints, you can contact the support by phone at +49 6152 92 36-600. Employees can be reached Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- For product-specific inquiries and questions about software and data transfer, use the telephone number +49 6152 92 36-620. It is open Monday to Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
