- Make sure that the Polar Loop battery is sufficiently charged before you activate Bluetooth.

- While you have activated Bluetooth, there must be no heart rate sensor nearby as this can interfere with Bluetooth reception.
- In some cases it can help if you switch the Polar Loop off and on again.
- If your Bluetooth is still not working, you can activate and deactivate flight mode.
