Polar Loop does not synchronize - it can be because of that
In order for your data to be correctly evaluated, you must synchronize the Polar Loop. If the smartwatch is not synchronizing, several reasons can be responsible for the error. In this practical tip, we will show you what you can do in this case.
Polar Loop doesn't sync - what to do?
- Make sure that the associated app is running at least in the background.
- In addition, the cell phone must not be further than 10m from the Polar Loop, as otherwise synchronization is not possible.
- Bluetooth must also be activated and visible on your cell phone so that you can synchronize the data.
- Note: Do not wear a heart rate sensor during synchronization via Bluetooth, as this can affect the frequency of Bluetooth.
- The Polar Loop must be sufficiently charged for successful synchronization.
- If the Polar Loop is connected to the PC, the data cannot be synchronized.
- In most cases it is sufficient to activate and deactivate the flight mode with the Polar Loop.
- Also try turning the smartwatch off and on again to solve the problem.
