Polar M400: change language - how it works

In the basic state, the GPS running watch Polar M400 is delivered with menu navigation in English. If you want to change this, you can do this via the Polar Flow web service.

Change the language of the Polar M400

1. Log in to the Polar Flow web service with your Polar M400 account.
2. Then select your user name in the top right corner and click on "Settings".
3. The "General" tab takes you to the language settings.
4. Set the "German" option under "Flow Language" and "Device Language".
5. Click "Save" to transfer the new language to your device.

Polar M400: Change language directly in the device

If the settings are not applied directly after downloading the language via Polar Flow, you can also change the language yourself in the tracker.

1. To do this, press the up / down buttons until you reach the "Enter" option.
2. Here is the selection "General Settings".
3. Via "Language" you can select the entry "German".
