- It is best to use sunflower, rapeseed or peanut oil.
This is how the preparation works
Prepare your fries quickly and easily in the Airfryer with the following steps:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into any size.
- Rinse the potato pieces with cold water and dab them with kitchen paper.
- Then put the potatoes (alternatively frozen chips) in the Airfryer.
- Add the oil according to the amount of fries.
- For the fresh potatoes, set the temperature to 120 degrees and let the device run for about 10 minutes. For the frozen chips, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
- After the time has elapsed, briefly remove the fries and shake them through before you put them back in the Airfryer. You can leave the fresh potatoes to rest a little longer.
- Now set the Airfryer to 180 degrees and let the chips fry for another 15 to a maximum of 20 minutes.
