Powerbank does not come on: the most common mistakes & solutions
With a power bank, you can charge your cell phone on the go. If the power bank does not turn on, this can have various causes. In this practical tip, we will show you what you can do in this case.
Powerbank does not come on - it can be because
- Check the charging cable: First you should rule out a defect in the charging cable. Try to charge another device with the same connection with the cable or replace the cable.
- Bad contact: A loose contact on the charging socket can also be the cause of the error. Wiggle the cable and try to switch on the device. If there is a loose contact, only an exchange helps. If you still have a guarantee, you can have the power bank replaced by the manufacturer.
- Use original cables: Some cell phones do not accept cables that are not the original cables. IPhones in particular are picky here. Try charging another cell phone or replace the cable with an original cable.
- Replacing the device: If the exchange of the cables is of no use and there is no loose contact, only the replacement of the power bank will help.
